A MULTIMEDIA ART INSTALLATION
ONE NIGHT ONLY !
Technology gone bad; a place where communication and language as we know it are replaced by dark and disturbing fictions reflecting our current climate of political turmoil and uncertainty.
Light combines with sound, moving image and skeletal form in a deliberately low-tech low-res way as Roche explores the corrupt side of human endeavor. AnteChamber is spread across the entire Basement including the theatre at ground level as well as the studio and dressing rooms upstairs. Viewers will be guided through the exhibition by torch-bearing ushers.
AnteChamber describes a place of rest, of waiting, a period of both pause before, and anticipation of, and in this case, a future that is increasingly recognisable.
